Baked Crab Rangoon


Ingredients

  • 1 can(6oz) White crab meat, drained, flaked
  • 4oz Neufchatel Cheese, (1/3 less fat, light cream cheese)
  • 1/4 cup Thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup Light mayonnaise
  • 12 ct Won-ton Wrappers


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix crab meat, neufchatel cheese, onions, and mayo
  3. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray.
  4. Gently place one won-ton wrapper in each cup, allowing edges of the wrappers to extend above the sides of the cup.
  5. Fill evenly with crab meat mixture.

Baking

Bake 18-20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through.

Serve warm, Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
