Oriental Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can (14oz) chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 medium-sized chicken breasts
- garlic powder
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Add rice, broth, and soy sauce together in a deep pan.
- Sprinkle chicken with pepper and garlic powder.
- Arrange chicken over rice mixture, and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- Uncover and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce over the chicken.
- Add veggies
- Cover, remove from heat.
Let stand until all liquid is absorbed. ~5 minutes
