Oriental Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can (14oz) chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 medium-sized chicken breasts
  • garlic powder
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add rice, broth, and soy sauce together in a deep pan.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange chicken over rice mixture, and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Uncover and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce over the chicken.
  6. Add veggies
  7. Cover, remove from heat.

Let stand until all liquid is absorbed. ~5 minutes
