Taco Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
• 3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 3 egg
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 1/4 head lettuce shredded
• 1 tomato diced
• 1/3 cup ripe olives sliced

Directions:
Cook and drain beef and onion. Add seasoning mix and pour into greased 8’ x 8’ x 2’ baking dish. Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs until almost smooth. Pour into plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and make until cheese melted, about 5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Sour Cream if desired.
