Tzatziki

Tzatziki is a yogurt sauce used for Gyros and as a dip for Meze.
Ingredients
Here's what you need:
- 14-16 oz Greek Yogurt (this will affect the taste so buy decent yogurt)
- 2 medium sized Lebanese Cucumbers
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 lemon
- 2-4 tbsp mint flakes, fresh mint is better
Directions
Peel the cucumbers and mince them in a food processor. Add in garlic, mint and about half the juice of the lemon, and blend until well mixed. Add the yogurt and blend until homogeneous. If it's not tart enough for you, add more lemon.
Serve as a dip for pita garnished with mint, or us as a sauce on gyros.
